Our driver is waiting for you in your hand with a sign with your name on it. For arrivals at the train station you will meet the driver at the start of the arrival platform while at the airport you will find in the arrivals hall. For the port you will find at the passenger terminal.

How can we make a reservation?

Fill out the form on our website and after confirming our availability and the prices for the services requested, you will receive the details of the offer and the payment methods by e-mail, then you can confirm your tour/transfer. 

How to cancel a reservation?

We don't ask for your credit card information, require advance payments, or penalize you for cancellations. We operate on the honor system, so we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 3 days in advance so we can re-book your service and your reserved driver does not lose work for that day. We thank you for your cooperation and consideration.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Our prices are quoted on the vehicle.

If we need a baby seat?

Just communicate the request for a seat or baby-booster to our office before your booking and we will provide it directly to us.

Does the driver speak in English?

Our drivers speak fluent English to avoid any communication problems with our customers.

What is included in your fee and what is not?

Any entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites and the payment of authorized guides are not included in the price.
Our tours are very flexible and customizable so if you have any suggestions we will be happy to take them into consideration to satisfy you.
Any lunches, dinners or tastings are also not included in the price. Our rates include fuel costs, tolls, taxes, parking and driver.

What is the difference between tour guide and tour leader?

Our drivers are not tour guides. The tour guide is a professional who has attended a school to be able to accompany you and inform you about the sites you will visit. Driver Guides are experts in the history of the area to visit but they have no licenses and are not allowed to accompany you within the areas you want to visit.

How much time will we have for a tour?

Just choose your tour on our site and in each tab you will find the duration of the single tour.
