The tour is designed to discover the pearls of the Amalfi Coast. Your licensed English-speaking driver will pick you up with air-conditioned Mercedes car or van and welcome you by presenting you with your tour schedule.
During the day our driver will provide you with news about the culture, history and traditions of the place and will stop on the road to give you time to take photos from the best points of view.
The first stop, except for any requests made when booking, is Positano. We will arrive in this enchanting scenery along the panoramic road to see the enchanting landscape. Once in Positano during your free time you will have time to visit the Cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary and do some shopping in the various craft shops that you can meet in the alleys that lead to the beach. There you will find beautiful ceramics and dresses with fresh and versatile fabrics, in sangallo or lace and lace, and then handmade sandals, bags, sarongs, costumes: an authentic triumph of the famous “Positano beach fashion”.
Traveling to Amalfi following the natural curves of the coast you will admire the small village of Praiano, the ancient summer residence of the Amalfi doges and the fishing town of Furore with its namesake fjord.
Arrived in the ancient Maritime Republic, you must absolutely visit the wonderful Cathedral built in the 9th century, dedicated to Sant’Andrea, the Cloister of Paradise composed of thin columns and arches that recall Norman / Arab architecture and the Arsenale the ancient shipyard of the Ancient Republic, where ships were built and repaired. Our tour will continue to Ravello, a jewel of art and culture among the most sought after destinations on the Amalfi Coast where an atmosphere of rare tranquility dominates the architectural wonders rich in history and memories of the past that inspired writers and artists,starting from Villa Rufolo with clear Arab influences and well-kept gardens overlooking the sea, the Cathedral of San Pantaleone, an admirable fusion of Baroque, Arab and Byzantine elements and Villa Cimbrone, an eclectic building with its gardens, its overflowing terrace more memorable view of the Amalfi Coast. At the end of the tour our driver will accompany you to the departure destination, except for any requests made during the booking.
